At The Talcott Center
for Child Development, we take fitness seriously! We understand the
urgency of developing a healthy lifestyle within the early years of
childhood. Our goal is to provide children of all abilities the
opportunity to participate in motivating activities designed to
improve: cardio respiratory endurance, muscular strength, muscular
endurance, flexibility, Relaxation & Breathing techniques
These activities
not only promote and encourage physical well-being, but also
emotional well-being. Through the acquisition of a fun fitness
program, in combination with healthy eating and sleeping habits,
children can build the foundation for a strong future.
Packed with punch! Taking a fun look at fitness, Mighty & Mini
Muscles focus on strengthening the heart, the body, and the mind.
Each class offers a new experience as we jump, pump, lift, and kick
our way to stronger, healthier bodies. Through the use of a variety
of exercise equipment, such as stability balls, steps, and body
bars, your child will develop both strength and endurance.
Exercise is a vital component of a healthy lifestyle. Promoting a
fun fitness program during the early stages of development
encourages years of continued participation.
