Intake & Insurance: Upon first contact with one of our highly qualified administrators, you will feel confident that your questions and concerns will be addressed.  We will walk you through our intake process and assist you with questions pertaining to insurance & scheduling, as well as help determine the right staff members & programs to meet your child’s needs. 

We also encourage a one to one meeting with either our Executive Director or Director of Clinical Operations.  Through this meeting, our service and treatment philosophy will be shared with you so expectations are clear for all parties, right from the start.  During this meeting, we will also explore the goals you have for your child and your family, as well as assist in developing a plan to achieve these goals.  Through this meeting, we look to develop a deep rooted relationship, so that you can feel comfortable and confident with the entire team you be working with.
